LIGHTHOUSE ROOM

MAX CAPACITY: 50 people
AVAILABILITY: April - June, 8am-8pm
RATE: $125 / first hour; $25 subsequent hours (includes setup time)
DEPOSIT: $25 (non-refundable; final payment due week prior to event)

  • Optional Add On: $75 Cleaning Fee
    *In order to keep costs low, we ask that all groups clean used spaces with provided cleaning supplies/instructions and return spaces to original configurations. If your group would prefer to not clean, you can opt to pay the cleaning fee.

INCLUDED USE:

  • Full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink (you’re welcome to bring your own ready to eat food/beverages for your event)
  • 50 chairs available
  • Sound system / projection
  • Tables available upon request
  • Access to Summit Lobby bathrooms

WORSHIP CENTER

MAX CAPACITY: 150 people
AVAILABILITY: April - June, 8am-8pm

RATES: 

  • 50-75 people: $100 / per hour
  • 75-100 people: $150 / per hour
  • 100-150 people: $200 / per hour

DEPOSIT: $50 (non-refundable; final payment due week prior to event)

Optional Add On: $100 Cleaning Fee
