LIGHTHOUSE ROOM
MAX CAPACITY: 50 people
AVAILABILITY: April - June, 8am-8pm
RATE: $125 / first hour; $25 subsequent hours (includes setup time)
DEPOSIT: $25 (non-refundable; final payment due week prior to event)
- Optional Add On: $75 Cleaning Fee
*In order to keep costs low, we ask that all groups clean used spaces with provided cleaning supplies/instructions and return spaces to original configurations. If your group would prefer to not clean, you can opt to pay the cleaning fee.
INCLUDED USE:
- Full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink (you’re welcome to bring your own ready to eat food/beverages for your event)
- 50 chairs available
- Sound system / projection
- Tables available upon request
- Access to Summit Lobby bathrooms
WORSHIP CENTER
MAX CAPACITY: 150 people
AVAILABILITY: April - June, 8am-8pm
RATES:
- 50-75 people: $100 / per hour
- 75-100 people: $150 / per hour
- 100-150 people: $200 / per hour
DEPOSIT: $50 (non-refundable; final payment due week prior to event)
Optional Add On: $100 Cleaning Fee

- No food/drinks allowed in Worship Center besides coffee and water (see Lighthouse room rental if you plan to bring food)
